I’m quoted in a new book, “The Four Stages of Highly Effective Crisis Management,” which is about how to deal with or “manage” the media in a time of crisis.
I’m obviously “the media” in this context.
In the book, I describe how I use social media for “crowdsourcing” during breaking-news coverage. This is in chapter four, titled “Social Media’s Role in Crisis.”
