I was on KARE-11 Sunrise to discuss warranty options for consumer-type mobile gadgets, such as phones, tablets and laptops.
One big goof: I did not mention Upsie, which offers exactly that kind of a service and is based in the Twin Cities. I’ll make amends for this mistake soon.
